What is the Security deposit?
A security deposit is any money a landlord takes from a tenant other than the advance payment of rent. The security deposit serves to protect the landlord if the tenant breaks or violates the terms of the lease or rental agreement. It may be used to cover damage to the property, cleaning, key replacement, or back rent.
Do you provide Towels?
One extra set of bed linens and towels are provided upon check in. *We provide only bath towels, not beach towels.
Which area is closer to the beach?
Palm Jumeirah is an exclusive beachfront address. besides this there is Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) which is beachfront and waterfront, followed by Dubai Marina which is marina front and Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) with lake views.
When I will receive my security deposit back?
Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check out. Once the complete inspection is done, the security deposit will be released.
Methods of payment of Security deposit?
Security deposit can by paid Cash or card upon check in. You can also use our bank facility and get your security deposit amount frozen from your Credit/debit card.
Methods of payment of the Rental amount.
Rental amount can by paid online on our website. A request can be generated via an online link for payment. Rental amount can be paid as well by online wire transfer into our account as well as direct cash deposits into our account.
Check-in and Check-out timing.
Check-in : 2pm
Check-out : 12:00 pm
Somebody will meet us?
PrimeStay team member will meet you in the property at check in time. A handover will be done to you with Keys and Access cards and a welcome pack.
Do you provide Extra bedding , Towels or Baby Cot ?
Yes, it can be provided on request.
Pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed by the Dubai Tourism Department.
